I’ve just started leadership team, and it is very fun. We learn about how to teach other students, and we will be able to help out with the low belt classes later. I haven’t been doing it for long, but I am learning how to teach forms, lead the warm up, and how to be a good instructor in general. Leadership team has taught me so much and I’m sure that there is more to come. I, personally, would assume that we are going to learn in more detail what each belt needs to learn, work on, and improve on. It will be fun to help teach classes in the future. Another good thing about leadership is that you make good friends and also improve current friendships. That’s all for today! Bye!

Wow Alex, it sounds like there are so many gifts (to you and others) that you love and enjoy from being on the leadership team! What an honor! Learning how to be a good instructor is such a gift to others. Knowing your nature, I am sure you are a wonderful and kind leader.
