Black Belt Seminars

November 1, 2021

Black belt seminars are one of the things I am doing to get my black belt. In a seminar we have to do kicks, push-ups, squats, burpees, speed jump roping, running, and more. In the seminar, you talk about your black belt project and you go over what you have done so far. You have to do lots of training for the seminar and in between seminars, because at every seminar you heve to do more and more. I personally think that the speed jump roping is the hardest, but burpees are hard too. The seminar lasts about 1 to 2 hours and you have water breaks, which are nice. The best thing about the seminar is being able to show off your best tae-kwon-do. The seminars may be hard but they are worth it. The seminars help encourage you to get fit and you can see your progress. This also helps you with discipline since you have keep up with it. As you get to higher tiers of black belt, the seminars get harder and you cannot reuse a black belt project. As you know, this blog is my current black belt project. Well, that’s all! Bye!

A black belt seminar with me and other students going for their first or second or third degree black belt. This one is when we were still in the parking deck.

Since we live so far away and can’t come watch you, it is wonderful being able to read about what you are up to. Love, Aunt Jenna
